Come and join us as our next Customer Order Administrator. Let us tell you why this is not just your average administrative role. You will be responsible for providing technical and complex software order processing and administrative services to the sales team across the EMEA region, with some support to colleagues in APAC and the Americas. You will use various platforms to ensure information is processed and updated in accordance with legislation and our contractual obligations. As a subject matter expert, you will challenge the status quo and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to streamline and build efficiencies. Your inquisitive nature will require you to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve any matters that arise in the entirety of the order process.

To be successful in the role, you will have experience of using various systems and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced software environment. Being organized with superb attention to detail is a must. You will be joining a well-established, friendly, and supportive team that works collaboratively while having fun. Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

 

  • High School qualification or relevant work experience required.
  • One to three years’ experience in customer-focused administrative support.
  • Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to assume various responsibilities with general supervision; proactive in handling job responsibilities
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software on a computer network, database entry and management, word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and web applications.
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and handling multiple tasks with accuracy proficiency.
  • Ability to represent Minitab in a professional, articulate manner, both over the telephone and in written correspondence.
  • Above average data entry and word processing skills. This includes typing, retrieving customer information, and generating reports.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Additional language skills desirable
