Key Responsibilities

This list is not comprehensive but meant to represent the most common or important duties of the position.

 

The successful Intern will help with varying priorities including integration of classroom registration, language translations, and overall support of the team.

  • Review current Quality Trainer files once uploaded, in the 3 remaining languages (JP, BR, CN)
    • Confirm listed issues are corrected
    • Report any new issues
  • Help with all the Quality Trainer website changes when it comes to the new Learning Path format
    • Create the high-level course outline
    • Create the detailed, downloadable course outlines that list each Learning Path / Course / Section / Activity
  • Once captions files are translated, review and correct errors
    • Launch in Captivate to ensure the file wasn’t broken before uploading to Azure
    • Review each slide to look for any errors
  • Move translated quiz questions from Excel file to designed Word doc
  • Grab screenshots of the images in all quiz questions for the remaining languages
  • Create the framework and quiz questions Docebo for remaining languages

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Studying learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, Blended, Micro, etc.) a plus
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
  • Ability to create, develop, manipulate, and share learning content using Adobe Captivate a plus
  • Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System is preferred.
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
  • Studying design and visual principles a plus
  • Ability to communicate design choices clearly.
  • Audio and video editing skills within Captivate a plus
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • A Plus: Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and ability to storyboard.

This is an immediate opening for the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters. Working hours and days can be flexible.
