The role of Netsuite Administrator is external to our internal operations at Myers-Holum, focusing exclusively on the dynamic needs of our client. As part of our Talent Solutions arm, this role plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our clients NetSuite platform, ensuring seamless integration with various business processes and systems. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to drive initiatives. By serving external needs, this position contributes directly to our commitment to providing tailored and specialized solutions to our trusted clients while maintaining the high standards synonymous with the Talent Solutions arm of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain NetSuite to ensure optimal performance and functionality, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Lead NetSuite-related projects including integrations with payroll, expenses, and warehouse vendors.
  • Develop and maintain customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and system enhancements.
  • Lead efforts to implement system improvements and stay updated on NetSuite releases and features.
  • Own projects from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Assist in project management activities related to third-party vendors and consulting teams engaged in NetSuite projects.


  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience delivering end-user support and administration for NetSuite, preferably in the manufacturing/distribution industry.
  • Strong accounting knowledge with expertise in accounting processes such as sales tax and financial reporting.
  • Experience leading NetSuite-related projects and implementing system enhancements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with cost accounting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Paycom, Brex, and RF Smart is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and go-getting attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects.
