Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day tasks involving cost control, cost accounting, analytical skills, finance, and cost management.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll Clerk, and Accountant functions.
- Utilize analytical skills to comprehend financial data for effective decision-making.
- Manage cost-related activities, ensuring optimal financial efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain accurate cost accounting for fixed assets and inventory.
- Evaluate capital expenditure requests and present well-informed recommendations to management.
- Conduct month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting; CPA, CMA, and NS Certification preferred.
- 3+ years of financial analysis and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with NetSuite in a manufacturing setting.
- Paylocity experience is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
