The role of NetSuite Administrator is external to our internal operations at Myers-Holum, focusing exclusively on the dynamic needs of this client's Uruguay's needs.. As part of our Talent Solutions arm, this role plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and documenting the IT systems for the client's project, emphasizing both technical expertise and the ability to lead integration efforts effectively. By serving external needs, this position contributes directly to our commitment to providing tailored and specialized solutions to our trusted clients while maintaining the high standards synonymous with the Talent Solutions arm of our organization.

Key Qualifications:
- Lead the support post NetSuite Implementation to internal users. Successfully lead any upgrade projects for NetSuite, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. Acts as the highest level of escalation on functional issues within delivery teams.
- Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with senior management to ensure business applications are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Ability to work with international teams with exceptional time management and organization
- Able to strategize and come up with creative solutions if an issue should arise.
- Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
- Collaborate and work closely with in-house teams to implement custom solutions.
- Identify and recommend innovative solutions, enhancements, and integrations to improve business processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Oversee system configurations, customization, and integrations, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to one business application professional, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
