Myers-Holum is hiring Implementation Consultants to join our growing Stripe Practice. Stripe is a 90 billion dollar technology company that builds economic infrastructure for companies of all shapes and sizes; from start-ups through public and fortune companies alike. Stripe’s software allows companies to receive payments and fundamentally manage their businesses with ease and visibility. Myers-Holum is a chosen partner of Stripe and together, will collaborate with Stripe and their customer’s on implementing Stripe financial tools and internet infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
  • Perform business requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis en route to system design and execution
  • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
  • Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
  • Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team and Stripe team to implement custom solutions
  • Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements
  • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing Stripe education
  • Willingness to learn and develop Stripe product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements in order to drive productivity and ongoing strategy

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of software/technology industry experience within an implementation, consulting or customer success role
  • Understanding of API concepts with proven ability to explain complexity of API to customers
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding technology platforms
  • Prior exposure to enterprise-sized organizations or fast-growth start ups

Our interview process is efficient and provides you with an opportunity to showcase your strengths, current abilities and share your future career aspirations while learning whether Myers-Holum would be a good fit for you. You will be paired with a member of our recruiting team who will handle all of the logistics as well as provide thoughtful feedback after each touchpoint to ensure you are kept within the loop from start to finish. Our recruiting timeline can be flexible to align with your circumstances; our typical timeline can take 2-4 weeks to complete however this can be adjusted or expedited depending on your needs.   • 60-minute video call with our Stripe Functional Team
  • 90-minute video call with our Stripe Leadership Team
  • Executive leadership review and decision making

Our compensation ranges and packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate. It is not a common practice or guaranteed for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are determined using a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to; skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific location due to cost of living & labor considerations; All of which will be considered during the interview and offer process. Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
