Responsibilities

  • Act as senior contributor to service transition and service delivery for accounts assigned to the team
  • Ensure proper coverage on assigned accounts; 1-4 projects or as needed
  • Monitor incident workload and redistribute as necessary
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, quality of services provided, opportunities for improvement, etc.
  • Serve as escalation point for assigned clients
  • Review contracts for special terms. Monitor time expended, billings, renewals, profitability
  • Spearhead and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve maturity of Managed Services delivery
  • Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise to team
  • Act as primary Technical Account Manager ( "TAM”) for some accounts
  • Help coordinate collaboration between teams in different geographic regions
  • Design Dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators to indicate proactive changes to the customer's environments

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Individual at least 3-5 years of experience on the administrative side of NetSuite, including support & escalations
  • Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP
