Responsibilities
- Act as senior contributor to service transition and service delivery for accounts assigned to the team
- Ensure proper coverage on assigned accounts; 1-4 projects or as needed
- Monitor incident workload and redistribute as necessary
- Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, quality of services provided, opportunities for improvement, etc.
- Serve as escalation point for assigned clients
- Review contracts for special terms. Monitor time expended, billings, renewals, profitability
- Spearhead and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve maturity of Managed Services delivery
- Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise to team
- Act as primary Technical Account Manager ( "TAM”) for some accounts
- Help coordinate collaboration between teams in different geographic regions
- Design Dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators to indicate proactive changes to the customer's environments
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
- Individual at least 3-5 years of experience on the administrative side of NetSuite, including support & escalations
- Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards
- Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP
