The Principal Consultant, Managed Services is someone who has 5+years of in-depth NetSuite administration and implementation, but also has the knack for excellent customer service. Not only are you able to make sure the customer is happy with their system, but you also have the ability to make it better, troubleshoot when needed, and truly show them how to utilize it to the best of their ability. If you’ve perfected your ability to successfully complete end to end implementations, this position is designed for you to make a lasting impact with a client for years to come as they grow and as their needs change; you can be their “go-to” subject matter expert in all things NetSuite. 

Your Role:

  • Ability to lead full-cycle NetSuite Assessments, implementation projects, and larger initiatives by translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
  • Serve as Client Lead on assigned Managed Services Accounts
  • Lead Assessments
  • Lead smaller NetSuite Implementations and participate in larger NetSuite Implementations
  • Prepare Technical Design Documents for Customizations
  • Demonstrate ownership of advanced areas of NetSuite
  • Coordinate additional staffing whether functional, integration, development as needed
  • On larger accounts conduct quarterly account reviews to identify client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, quality of services provided, opportunities for improvement, etc.
  • Prevent escalations before they occur
  • Review contracts for special terms. Monitor Client Budget and communicate it with Client. Work with Managed Services Leadership to renew contracts
  • Spearhead and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve maturity of Managed Services delivery
  • Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements
  • Client Management - setting expectations, giving guidance and direction, steering clients towards best practices
  • This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements

Your Background:

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience on the administrative side of NetSuite, including support & escalations
  • Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP

  • Take control of projects by acting as lead and having the ability to handle escalations with minimal support

Our Process:

Our interview process is efficient and provides you with an opportunity to showcase your strengths, current abilities and share your future career aspirations while learning whether Myers-Holum would be a good fit for you. You will be paired with a member of our recruiting team who will handle all of the logistics as well as provide thoughtful feedback after each touchpoint to ensure you are kept within the loop from start to finish. Our recruiting timeline can be flexible to align with your circumstances; our typical timeline can take 2-4 weeks to complete however this can be adjusted or expedited depending on your needs. You can expect the following touchpoints when interviewing with MHI

  • 30-minute call with our recruiting team
  • 60-minute video call with a MHI Team Lead, Delivery Manager, or Practice Manager
  • 90-minute interactive “Case Study” session with a Delivery Manager or Practice Manager
  • Executive leadership review and decision making

A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - 160,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year. This position and compensation range is for candidates who reside in the United States.  Our compensation ranges and packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate. It is not a common practice or guaranteed for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are determined using a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to; skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific location due to cost of living & labor considerations; All of which will be considered during the interview and offer process. Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
