What will I be doing?

  • Design, develop and execute Sales Enablement solutions that align with strategic initiatives and revenue goals
  • Drive adoption of the Sales Competency Framework and identify skills gaps 
  • Partner with cross-departmental teams to ensure all initiatives and programs run smoothly
  • Coach Account Executives and Managers on best practices, selling skills, and strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage our suite of enablement and sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivity
  • Drive accountability by ensuring completion of learning to a high standard 
  • Deliver engaging and impactful training across a variety of formats to help drive sales performance (in-person, online, e-learnings) 
  • Develop and maintain world-class sales training materials, building a content library to facilitate easy access to learning collateral.
  • Drive effective usage of best in class Sales tools and identify insights and areas for improvement
  • Traveling to do in person training (~10%)

What skills do I need?                                                                               

  • Experience training sellers of various levels of seniority both in-person and remotely via Zoom or similar technology
  • Experience of leading onboarding training for new hire Sales employees
  • A high degree of confidence and presence when presenting to a sales audience and executives - the ability to see the ‘big picture’ when managing a room
  • A track record of developing impactful strategic programs
  • Experience working with a Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through - can own and take tasks through to completion
  • Skilled at delivering live training sessions that drives behavior changesKnowledge of other Sales tech stack apps, e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Slack, G-suite, Sales Navigator, etc.

Not required but considered a plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Experience supporting sales strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales teams
  • Knowledge of the Learning Management System Industry
