About the Role

We’re in search of our first Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Lambda team! We’re profitable and growing, but still small and scrappy. As such, we need someone who excels at full-cycle recruitment, with exceptional prospecting, process, and closing abilities. You'll work alongside everyone at Lambda to help us build a world-class team of software, hardware, sales, and operations experts.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand requirements for roles across the team
  • Strategically plan, prospect, qualify, and own a pipeline of exceptional candidates for each role
  • Source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche roles
  • Schedule phone screens and onsite interviews ensuring timely and consistent follow up
  • Maintain every candidate’s interest throughout the entire process ensuring a world-class candidate experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with top talent for current and future roles
  • Craft effective job descriptions and outreach to build a compelling pitch for qualified candidates
  • Influence hiring managers on how to leverage recruiting best practices to help optimize hiring for their teams
  • Drive the interview cycle to ensure interview debriefs, hiring syncs and recruiting related projects and events occur on a regular basis
  • Stay current with technology industry trends
  • Represent Lambda as a world-class ambassador of our brand

Ideal Candidates

  • 4-8 years of experience
  • Technical recruiting & sourcing experience at a company with a high-performance culture
  • Track record of successfully hiring passive candidates
  • Technically knowledgeable enough to be able to build credibility with candidates
  • Ability to pivot and recruit for a variety of roles (sales, software, hardware, ops)
  • A startup mindset and an eye for talent suitable for a startup environment 
  • Focus on quality over quantity
  • Impeccable email and time management habits
  • Process and data-driven, leveraging ATS and other systems to draw actionable insights 
  • Excellent communicator (verbal, written, interpersonal)
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Passion for technology and for our customers 
  • Prior experience using Greenhouse and Gem or other sourcing tools is a plus
