What You’ll Do 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of integrated workflows and tools within the Infrastructure  organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical acumen and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver high-impact solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project objectives, establishing timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure the successful delivery of integrated workflows and tools that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, and develop a strategic roadmap for implementing new tools, building integrated workflows and optimizing existing flows.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to integrated workflows and tools, including defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including DataCenter Operations, DataCenter Capacity planning, Technical Support, Supply Chain and logistics, Manufacturing, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Identify resource requirements, allocate tasks, and manage project resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize project risks and ensure successful delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and processes to ensure that integrated workflows and tools meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and usability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and risks, and facilitate decision-making to keep projects on track.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and workflows, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

You 

  • Have 7+ years of experience in program/project management for complex product development programs 
  • Have a thorough understanding of agile and waterfall management techniques 
  • Possess a technical background, with demonstrated ability to engage on technical topics - typically demonstrated by an Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
  • Have excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Are a strong communicator, able to structure internal and external communication 
  • Have a strong ability to humbly lead by influence and by example
  • Possess the knowledge and expertise to use various project management tools
  • Have the ability to drive work in environments with ambiguity and unknowns

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry
  • Demonstrated successful experience including working in a manufacturing environment with complex systems integration
  • Experience with large-scale distributed data center environments

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $150,000 - $220,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
