Description

Play a critical role in the success of storefronts on Knowde by utilizing your deep knowledge of and experience with email marketing to target key accounts and engage and nurture them with rich email content. You will monitor campaign performance by evaluating data on key metrics to assess efficiency, analyze trends, and optimize performance. You will also assist with the production and execution of campaigns by sourcing images, collaborating with designers and copywriters, editing content, building and launching campaigns, and creating audience segments that optimize deliverability. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with storefront stakeholders to identify campaign topics and generating external-facing reports to share results, suggest optimizations, and provide strategic guidance.

Strategy

Align with storefront stakeholders on campaign topics then build email marketing calendars to drive traffic and leads by getting target customers to visit storefront pages, download documents and formulations, and request samples and quotes. Collaborate with other marketing channel strategists to ensure an informed, comprehensive, and scalable cross-channel approach. 

Execution

Collaborate with copywriters and designers to build and launch email marketing campaigns for 15+ accounts.

Management

Review key metrics to assess efficiency, analyze trends, and optimize performance. Generate external-facing reports to share results, suggest optimizations, and provide strategic guidance.

 

Qualifications/Skills

Self-starter with a hands-on approach

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field

5+ years of experience in email marketing
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of email deliverability factors and domain balancing
Experience with nurture logic, A/B testing, and campaign optimization

Knowledge of email marketing and analytics tools and applications
Ability to manage campaign content, logic, and audiences across multiple marketing instances

Experience with analytics, attribution, and single page applications is a plus 

Experience marketing for multi-tenant saas platforms is a plus
