  • You are responsible for the user research program for our customer-facing products
  • You will define, plan, and conduct user research using different methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle 
  • You will design and innovate the mix of our research methods and practices and how they support our decision-making
  • You drive an agenda for a richer data foundation for strategic and tactical decision-making
  • You will mentor and coach designers and product owners to take part in user research
  • You work closely with our strategy and BI teams to connect their analyses with your user-centered insights
  • You are an ambassador for a customer-centered culture across the organization


  • You have at least 3 years of working experience as a user researcher in the field of consumer products and services
  • You got a degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science or a related field or have equivalent working experience
  • You have a natural curiosity for how people behave and find yourself asking “why?” without even thinking about it
  • You’re excellent in translating complex problems into research questions and hypotheses
  • You’ve got proven skills in conducting lab-based, contextual, longitudinal and remote qualitative research methodologies 
  • You’re fluent in navigating the strengths and weaknesses of qualitative and quantitative data and have experience mixed methods research
  • You’re excited about unearthing patterns in large amounts of data
  • You’re a great communicator and have experience in efficiently sharing research findings with different audiences - from the product squads to the wider organization
  • You’re fluent in German and English
