Your impact 

As a Talent Partner, you will directly impact the company's future by identifying and attracting excellent candidates. With a focus on engineers and researchers, you’ll help to grow the company from the ground up, ensuring it is set up for long term success. 

The role will constantly challenge you to think creatively about how to drive hiring results and will require you to be part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy. The ability to identify and source high quality candidates and be responsible for landing them on the appropriate team is critical in this role. 

Finally, you will own Recruiting partnerships and guide stakeholders through the entire hiring process - dealing with a variety of nuanced situations along the way.

What you will do

  • Successfully complete our daring hiring roadmap for 2022 and beyond
  • Partner with the business to drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely delivery, refining and streamlining the hiring process where possible
  • Build strong tech talent pipelines and implement sourcing campaigns
  • Develop attraction strategies that ensure candidate pipelines are diverse and representative of the market and that hiring is fair, equitable and inclusive
  • Actively source and engage talent via: leveraging referrals, sourcing new leads, utilising technology, engaging with external recruiting partners, attending events, and more
  • Understand the market dynamics and business hiring needs to generate talent pipelines and evaluate fit for roles
  • Manage the full candidate journey, ensuring an exceptional experience, from application, interview coordination, through to offer negotiation (including all associated admin processing) 
  • Review applications, schedule and conduct interviews
  • Partner with the People Operations Team to create a cohesive approach to onboarding

Skills and qualifications 

Essential

  • Experience sourcing and hiring impressive technical talent either in-house or at an agency
  • Advanced sourcing skills, utilising a variety of tools and techniques to surface passive talent
  • Proven track record operating as a recruiter across full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to help to define role descriptions and interview processes
  • Data driven approach with the ability to pull talent insights and market trends to help shape recruitment strategies
  • Experience partnering with external agencies and search firms 

Nice to have

  • Experience in Exec Search or dealing with senior level hires would also be beneficial
