501410 Senior Strategic Analyst

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Analyst to support PEO Aviation on Redstone Arsenal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct broad base analyses, facilitation, and assessment of aviation acquisition programs to support organizational planning and development.
- Strategic planning and synchronization with key stakeholders internal and external to the Program Executive Office, Aviation to identify long-term challenges, collaborate on development of solutions, and inform senior leaders making decisions regarding the aviation portfolio with Army-wide impacts.
- Participate in preparation and input for conferences, meetings, and program reviews with government and industry personnel. These meetings shall include Program Progress Reviews (PPRs), In-Process Reviews (IPRs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Process Action Teams (PATs) symposiums, reviews, working group sessions, user conferences, and associated meetings/functions that foster exchange of program information.
- Assess and provide recommendations for development/execution of the Strategic Business Plan/Process including recommendations in the development of organizational vision, mission, goals, objectives, and strategies and development of appropriate metrics and strategies for implementing the strategic plan, and organizational change management.
- Technical analyses related to Army Aviation operational capabilities, modernization efforts, sustainment strategies, reliability improvement opportunities, obsolescence management strategies, aircraft architecture COAs, engineering decisions, budget priorities, portfolio integration, and acquisition COAs.
- Interface daily with military, civilian, and contractor personnel in a collaborative environment to collectively address portfolio integration opportunities and challenges, balancing fleet sizes with capability, and identifying risks to readiness based on resource allocation decisions.
- Develop relationships to foster productive collaboration across PEO Aviation Project Management Offices and Army Aviation Enterprise organizations.
- Formulate strategies to engage stakeholders and align investments and activities across the aviation portfolio.
- Assist with the development of strategic communications for PEO Aviation leadership to inform, influence, or persuade selected audiences in support of organizational objectives.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
Education and General Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Master’s preferred) with minimum 20 years of Army Aviation experience with.
- Expertise with developing, tailoring, and analyzing metrics to support portfolio changes and programmatic decisions.
- Deep understanding of the Army Modernization Strategy and experience working with key organizations within the Army Modernization Enterprise.
- General knowledge of Army Acquisition regulatory and statutory requirements, acquisition policies and precedents, program goals and objectives, and work processes of the organizations supported, as well as relationships with other programs within ASA(ALT) and the Department of the Army.
- Knowledge of and experience with Army Aviation rotary wing aircraft operations, uncrewed aircraft systems operations, and how the Army runs (Program Planning, Budgeting, and Execution phases).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance.

- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365, to include Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Planner, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Case Analysis activities.
- Ability to work with and lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Impeccable problem-solving skills.
