Recruiting is a key driver to Intercom’s success. The team is growing and evolving quickly! This is your chance to help build out the recruiting function, partner closely with the business and influence the team at an early stage. Your goal is to bring on top talent, while maintaining our company culture and keeping our bar high as we grow globally. You’ll manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups, partner with hiring managers, and build out and improve new and existing process. You will be a trusted partner to candidates as you work tirelessly to create a personal and friendly experience that is representative of the Intercom Brand. What will I be doing? 🚀

  • Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process for various business groups by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Continuously build a talent pipeline by utilizing unique sourcing strategies and techniques
  • Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates
  • Create and drive effective interview panel meetings and debriefs alongside hiring managers
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting strategy and interview plan for each open position
  • Obsess about candidate experience and keep candidates informed with quality communications throughout the interview process
  • Drive the offer process, including offer approvals, extensions, negotiations, and closings
  • Represent Intercom’s mission, vision, and values with integrity and professionalism
  • Initiate scalable change to our existing recruiting strategy
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed

What skills do I need? 📖

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Able to wear many hats and be a team player
  • Have impeccable organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate passion and drive while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Have exceptional sourcing and talent research skills
  • Have strong analytical, conceptual, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing team and company
  • Proficiency with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
  • Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) a plus
