What will I be doing? 🚀

  • Strategize, plan, execute, manage, and integrate end-to-end digital marketing programs globally, owning inbound marketing goals
  • Centralize media buying and strategies to connect brand to demand initiatives
  • Lead recommendations and implementation of new and modern digital marketing opportunities, capabilities, and tactics, including the martech build and implementation
  • Partner closely with marketing operations to ensure that we have complete tracking and campaign integration for inbound digital campaigns.
  • Support our geographic field marketing teams to ensure that we have a consistent digital experience worldwide. 
  • Support campaign teams in media strategies and connected DG plays to achieve campaign goals
  • Manage the continuous optimization of digital marketing performance leveraging data analytics and A/B performance testing.
  • Partner closely with our self service to ensure we surpass our revenue and user targets.
  • Partner with corporate marketing connecting digital brand campaigns with demand generation campaigns
  • Lead a group of global digital marketing leaders

What skills do I need? 📖

  • 15+ years leading hard-working digital marketing teams; marketing operations experience is a plus
  • Experience in media buying, planning, execution and measurement
  • Experience managing agencies for high performance and efficiencies
  • You are biased towards data-driven decisions and have a relentless focus on customer experience
  • Outstanding communication and program management skills, and ability to partner cross-functionally with partners at all levels
  • High proficiency with digital CRM systems
  • Proficiency in SFDC and enterprise SaaS campaign frameworks
  • Experience mentoring digital marketing professionals at all experience levels
  • Background in handling global digital marketing centers of excellence
  • High-energy, a positive demeanor, and accountability are critical for success
