The People Development team is looking to hire a Senior Specialist to drive our Manager and Leadership Development & Enablement Program globally. This is a critical program within our learning strategy which presents an exciting challenge for somebody keen to uplevel an already established and effective program, and turn it into a world class enablement curriculum that supports key business needs and change. 

The remit of this role includes development of a complete core enablement and development curriculum, including program solutions for all points in the manager and leader life cycle. The work will oversee design, build, deliver, evaluation and vendor relationship management. A blend of advanced coaching and leadership development skills alongside project management will be essential in shipping these great programs and ensuring a consistently excellent experience. This is a global role based in our Dublin office. Some international travel is required. This role reports into the Director of Learning & Organizational Development, based in our Dublin office also.

What will I be doing? 🚀

  • Partner with the Director of Learning & Organizational Development to scope core business needs and devise a winning strategy for the next 18-24 months for Manager and Leadership Development

  • Lead in the ongoing design, build, iteration and implementation of global manager development and enablement programs across all orgs and all Intercom locations

  • Work closely with the Senior Program Manager, Learning (SF) in the design, build and rollout of key business programs and curriculum

  • Develop strong working relationships and partnerships within the People org and across the business, to understand ongoing needs and craft the best learning solutions in line with our blended learning strategy

  • Lead in the delivery of core manager and leader development programs for EMEA and some North America programs

  • Drive the communications plan for all manager and leadership development programs 

  • Coach senior managers and critical talent as required

  • Develop and manage our vendor network globally for manager and leader development 

  • Drive key responsibility areas within our overall learning plan, including special Talent Development projects which may support other Intercomrade groups (not exclusively Managers / Leaders) 

What skills do I need? 📖

  • You are experienced at each stage of the learning development process - diagnostic, design, delivery and evaluation

  • You have experience facilitating management and leadership development learning experiences across all levels (junior manager - senior leader)

  • You are an accredited and experienced coach

  • You have a broad repertoire of management and leadership development solutions that support managers at critical career milestones that include but are not limited to; IC to Manager, Manager to Senior Manager, Managing Managers, Managing at Scale, Moving to Senior Leadership, Managing Top Talent and Succession Planning 

  • You have established program management skills - including project management, planning, organizational and time management skills. You will have the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment, and exceptional independent problem-solving skills

  • You have strong partnering skills and can build impactful relationships with key stakeholders - demonstrating an ability to listen, understand and interpret their needs, experience delivering solutions to address these

  • Your attention to detail and quality standards are world class
