Position Overview

As part of the Sales Engineering team, the Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring pre-sales resources are the most competitive they can be. You have experience configuring cloud-based solutions under tight timelines. You are a self-starter with the ability to recognize the needs of the pre-sales team within minimal direction. You have strong technical skills and an aptitude to learn new skills quickly. 

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to understand changing requirements for sales demonstration sites
  • Interface with Product Management and IT to ensure the technical resources for the pre-sales department and up to date and performing at the highest level
  • Facilitate internal requirements gathering sessions with both sales and pre-sales
  • Gather and document requirements for verticalized demonstration sites
  • Ensure content in all sales demonstration sites is relevant and complete
  • Ensure new and updated product is installed on demonstration sites and populated in a timely manner
  • Work closely with sales and pre-sales leads to ensure sales demonstration sites have relevant and current data
  • Develop a plan to ensure data in all demonstration sites is temporally relevant
  • Work with the Product Content Manager to ensure that up to date content is part of all demonstration sites.

Technical Competencies

  • Experience configuring cloud base solutions
  • Familiarity with complex solutions
  • Technical problem solving

Experience

  • Past experience in sales is desirable

Education

  • A post-secondary degree
