Innovid is seeking a Senior HRBP to play a critical role in supporting, developing, and engaging our incredible employees. They will be responsible for and/or supporting: employee relations, performance management, people development, organization effectiveness, change management, driving culture, and US HR policies/procedures. The ideal candidate is passionate about people and impact. They are a trusted advisor, a self-starter, and they balance thinking strategically with deep diving into practical applications. The role will partner with Global and US-based stakeholders and will report directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for US employees, providing HR guidance and support
- Partner with each department to develop comprehensive approaches to employee development, retention, and talent management by creating or refining: career paths and employee development, succession planning, feedback mechanisms, coaching, development programs, and learning opportunities as appropriate to the needs. Ensure cohesive approach and support across all teams
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to facilitate team effectiveness and impact, implementing best practices to optimize performance and engagement
- Regularly meet with managers to proactively identify and manage areas of opportunity and facilitate talent review discussions. Assist in developing and leading succession planning and business continuity strategies to ensure a pipeline of top talent for critical roles
- Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Act as an advocate and champion, ensuring employee impact is considered as business decisions are made
- Partner to support all aspects of the employee life cycle - including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, changes, leaves of absence, relocations, immigration issues, terminations, and the exit process - ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with organizational policies
- Take part in implementing bi-annual employee performance reviews and bi-annual engagement surveys, implementing continual improvements in process and impact
- Integrate company objectives into HR’s programming to support the growth of both the business and people
- Partner in onboarding, training, and development programs tailored to the needs of each group in the company
- Collaborate in the re-development, implementation, and continual improvement of a comprehensive diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility strategy across the organization, directly leading initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture
- Partner with People Operations in regular assessments of HR metrics and analytics - including but not limited to compensation and benefits strategies - to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Understand employment law and partner with our employment attorneys. Update and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations to meet all legal obligations, minimize organizational risk, provide a safe and secure work environment, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies
- Support in managing HRIS (BambooHR) and HR technology systems with strong data integrity
- Other related duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
- 6+ years of experience in HRBP and HR Generalist capacity
- Can independently find solutions to complex problems and handle work outside of core functional area
- Strong history of relationship-building and partnership across various departments, levels, and locations
- Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills requiring diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Comfortable leading training sessions at various levels & experience stepping through different scenarios (e.g., managing performance, developing employee capabilities)
- Experience handling cross-functional projects and initiatives on a global scale
- The ability to adapt to change quickly and work in an agile environment
- Seeks out and embraces innovative process improvements
- Experience in project management
- HRIS experience, including Performance review and compensation platforms
- Tech/Advertising & Marketing experience, a plus
The location for the role is hybrid, with a requirement to physically report to the NY office at least two days a week.

- The base pay range for this position is $120,000-150,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
- This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on specified benchmarks, in accordance with all applicable bonus terms and conditions
