Innovid is seeking a hard-working and knowledgeable Accountant to support our growing finance team with cash, accounts receivable and other balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets and the month-end closing process. The Accounting specialist must be a true team player, diligent, organized and have a genuine desire to excel. This position is a great opportunity to learn and grow with the company.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations (including cash, accounts receivable)
- Fixed assets tracking and reconciliation
- Liaise with local service provider and maintain smaller subsidiary ledger
- Assist with month-end closing process including, accruals, reporting & analytics
- Maintain accounting files in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as audit financial statements, tax matters, legal books
- Ad Hoc reporting and analytics to support audits and various compliance & reporting requirements
What You'll Bring to Us:
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
- Prior experience with audits is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills
- Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing & listening)
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- A high level of integrity and dependability with the ability to handle confidential information
- Accounting system knowledge is preferred
- US GAAP accounting experience - a plus
- A strong sense of urgency; results-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Analytical, meticulous, self-motivated, quick learner
