We are looking for a professional, highly motivated and responsible bookkeeper to join our professional IL finance team. In this role you will be responsible for the daily accounting and reporting duties and play a role within a small team in a global setting.
You will:
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping in Priority and NetSuite, including:
- Accounts Payable cycle management (recording invoices, preparing payments, reconciliations)
- Preparing month-end and year-end schedules and reconciliations.
- Conduct bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Managing monthly closures (including provisions for vacation, severance, etc.).

- Own financial aspects in Inter-company transactions and reconciliations
- Handle VAT and ITA reporting
- Own social benefits administration, reporting, and payments
- Supervise the fixed asset roll forward, including annual asset verification
- Ensure smooth processing of travel reports and personal expense reimbursements
- Participate in reporting to tax authorities
- Aid in quarterly and annual audits
- Assist with payroll-related tasks
- Collaborate with multiple departments
- Be an integral part of a highly professional small team
Qualifications:
- Certified bookkeeping with a minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience - must
- Experience working for global High-Tech companies - advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience working with Priority, NetSuite and Concur - advantageous
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in English - verbal and written
- High attention to details and thoroughness
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for the field and eagerness to take on growing responsibilities
