Why this role is exciting! 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Creator Solutions Manager to liaise between our Account Management and Sales teams, playing a vital role in the development of creator marketing strategies. This individual will design seasonal and always-on influencer marketing programs, support the creation of sales collateral and pitch decks, provide the sales team with assistance throughout the sales cycle, and will own and pitch creator strategy. The Creator Solutions Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while driving growth for impact’s creator services.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with the Studio and Sales teams to develop strategic creator marketing proposals that will drive client success and revenue growth.
  • Price proposal packages for new prospects and existing clients that meet both the budget and client KPIs.
  • Create sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, case studies and marketing materials, tailored to each party’s unique needs and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client.
  • Act as a liaison between the Account Management and Sales teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on client expectations, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of processes and resources to improve overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Join prospect and demo calls to ask in-depth questions and provide insight into Studio’s creator  service offerings.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events, representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner, while also promoting Studio’s creator marketing services

Does this sound like you?  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, sales, or account management with a focus on ideation and strategy, preferably within an agency setting
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creator marketing strategies with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with the following facets of an creator marketing program:
  • Setting budgets for creators across tiers, niches, and platforms
  • Crafting custom scopes of work including usage and exclusivity rights
  • Knowledge of hourly rates, amplification costs, profit margin,, etc.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics, affiliate marketing, client negotiations, paid amplification, and metrics reporting
  • Strong understanding of the creator marketing landscape, platforms, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and Google Suite.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing, dynamic environment.

Salary range: $90,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year, plus a variable target of $22,500.00 - $25,750.00 and eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
