The Main Event: What you'll do

As a Supply and Sales Compliance Assistant, you will support the operation team by ensuring that all legal and compliance-related aspects of property, seller and buyer lead transactions are handled efficiently. You will play a key role in overseeing the operational processes that help finalize property sales, ensuring that all required documentation and legal procedures are met.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation related to property, seller and buyer sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with notaries, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Manage operational tasks related to the closing of sales, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and maintain records to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the sales process.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably as a Notary Assistant or in a similar legal or compliance role.
  • Proficiency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey recommendations and meet customer needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
