The Dream Team: Who you’ll work with

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR and management teams to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR, with a strong desire to make an impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

The Main Event: What you'll do 

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support employee record management and maintain HRIS accuracy.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide support for HR-related queries and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  • UAE Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in an HR support role is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the HR field.
