We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated Business Technology Developer to support Salesforce and other integrated platforms for our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.
Our Business Technology team creates solutions, systems, and tools for Gusto. As part of our Business Technology team, your core responsibility will be to provide exemplary service answering questions, handling issues and troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Provide application support for Salesforce and other integrated platforms like Salesloft, Genesys, etc.,
Responsible for the issues reported for Salesforce and other platforms used by Sales and CX
Conduct Root Cause analysis research of recurring issues and permanent resolution and/or prevention.
Establishes and uses application/system monitoring tools to manage and address issues in a proactive and timely manner.
Here’s what we're looking for:
2 years experience with Salesforce Sales/Service cloud
2 years experience with building custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Salesforce Certified Developer
Experience integrating business applications using platforms like Mulesoft, Snaplogic, Workato, etc.,
BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Math or equivalent practical experience
