The Trust & Safety team’s charter spans: User authentication, User authorization, Account security, Fraud detection, Operational tools and support.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Define the product vision & strategy for Trust & Safety
Conduct planning, resourcing & prioritization process for the team (4-6 engineers)
Work with cross-functional teams e.g. Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Security, Operations and other product teams on big tradeoff decisions
Constantly stay on top of industry trends ranging from new attack vectors to emerging vendor solutions
Here’s what we’re looking for:
4+ years of product management experience; 2+ years experience working on products related to information security or abuse/fraud prevention.
Proven track record of product launches and iterations for complex customer-facing products
Structured problem solver and expert at prioritizing features
Strong product sense and the ability to inspire and lead a cross-functional team
Eagerness to influence and elevate the PM team by identifying process improvements, mentoring others, and interviewing future Gusties
