As a CX Intern, Strategy and Planning, you will be a member of the Revenue Operations team, partnering with the Customer Experience organization to unlock new insights and opportunities through data analysis and help refine the processes that enable our customers to maximize their value with Grafana. You are curious, detail oriented, and energized by tackling new and challenging puzzles. You thrive collaborating with teammates that challenge you to grow every day, and you have the balanced ability to put a complex problem under a microscope without losing sight of the bigger picture required to effectively communicate with executive stakeholders.
Analyze data, looking for patterns, commonalities, and opportunities to improve customer engagement and customer retention.
Use data visualization techniques to present new insights to different audiences with targeted communication.
Implement improvements to business processes, leading to more accurate data, lower customer friction, and overall better engagement.
Operationalize data through the creation of reports and dashboards.
Located in the United States
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables
Solid writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate across a diverse audience.
Experience working with SQL queries for data analysis
Ability to answer practical problems with a quantitative approach.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive a project through to completion.
A plus if you have the following
Experience as a user of any of the following tools - Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, Github, Workato
Knowledge of how a post-sales organization operates
Familiarity with creating data visualizations and dashboards using software tools like Grafana, Tableau, Looker, or R.
