Classy is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to support the execution for our marketing playbook sourcing and influencing pipeline generation for our commercial sales team. This person is highly analytical, organized, a problem solver, creative, and enjoys collaboration with other teams. You’ll support Classy’s segment marketing manager to develop and optimize our revenue generating playbook.
What you’ll accomplish:
- Drive Classy’s webinar calendar and process including content and presentation creation, project management, Marketo and Salesforce set up, and email promotions
- Work with Classy’s email marketing manager to track performance and A/B tests of marketing emails including but not limited to nurture programs, monthly newsletters, and product announcements
- Support the Commercial Demand Generation manager in quarterly campaign creation, management, execution, and reporting
- Work with the Commercial Demand Generation Manager to optimize sales rep outreach and nurture, including drafting and optimizing sales email cadences
- Manage campaign reporting and optimization tactics, continually improving campaign launch process and results
- Work closely with our events team to align and provide support on upcoming events or co-marketing activities
- Grow relationship with our commercial sales partners, interfacing daily with the sales development team
- Report on the success of the team’s marketing playbook tracking new leads throughout the funnel–– qualified leads through pipeline
What you bring (Required):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 + years of business experience project managing, copy-writing, campaign management, and/or marketing program management, B2B SaaS experience and strong familiarity with Inbound Demand Generation funnels
- Highly self-motivated and hungry for more responsibility, with the ability to independently prioritize shifting workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, always-changing environment
- Proficiency using marketing automation tools (Marketo) and Salesforce CRM
- Extraordinary multi-tasker who thrives in managing several projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail and ensuring flawless execution
- Creative and effective storyteller with the ability to translate business objectives into goal-oriented marketing campaigns
- Master project manager, comfortable working cross-functionally and setting clear deliverables, goals, and deadlines
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, comfortable with leading presentations, webinars, and meetings; a leader at heart
- Data-intelligent with the acumen to ask pointed questions and leverage multiple datasets and translate them into insightful recommendations
What would be awesome to have (Preferred):
- Experience working with a sales development (SDR) or business development (BDR) team
- Strong experience with Salesforce, including creating reports and dashboards for campaign analysis
- Proficient in project management tools like Asana
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and ability to analyze diverse sets of data to develop insights
- Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft and Qualified
