What you'll do:

  • Create organizational documents, including articles of incorporation, resolutions and certificates
  • Work with in-country legal & accounting firms to support Globalization Partners’ global expansion efforts
  • Liaise closely with in-country legal teams to implement and maintain local entities around the globe
  • Coordinate with local and national government offices for apostille and document authentications/legalizations as needed
  • Obtain and maintain business licenses in jurisdictions worldwide
  • Liaise with internal teams, outside service providers and other parties to initiate, monitor and assure timely and proper completion of operationalizing our global entities
  • Record, retain, and organize the company’s corporate documentation for all global entities including Certificates of Good Standing, business licenses, annual filings, and compliance paperwork, shareholder meeting minutes, and KYC filings
  • Organize and maintain legal files and databases
  • Manage and maintain internal global compliance calendars and filing deadlines, ensuring all filings and renewals are submitted on time
  • Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Perform efficient, accurate, and timely legal research around the globe
  • Assist with special projects as needed, including commercial matters


What we're looking for: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in a wide range of corporate matters.
  • Prior in-house experience with a US headquartered company is an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Energetic and creative problem-solver with superior interpersonal skills 
  • Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Strong desire to be a direct contributor in a dynamic and collaborative working environment
