What will you be doing?
In this role, the person would be responsible for acquiring Brands for Commerce. This is a field sales role and the person is expected to be on the field/Zoom calls acquiring Brands. The candidate would also be responsible to identify and onboard support partners to facilitate new brand acquisition and going live process like imaging/cataloguing/training/commercial discussion etc. This may or may not involve Team handling. This is largely an Individual Contributor’s role.
- Background in Sales /Supply is mandatory - individual will have to be the kind who enjoys being on the field , meeting Brands & convincing them to go online on Glance Roposo
- The role would require extensive travel where the Brand HO is located- after the pandemic
- Develop and plan for bringing in the required Brands and execute with urgency to add to growth
- Will be accountable for new Brands added/day - will be a strict sales-oriented role wherein the candidate has to keep thinking about how he/she will achieve the daily sales number
- Candidate should be very comfortable with a target driven environment with daily reporting, calls etc.
- Interface with internal teams to identify seller integration needs and deploy resources to lift these seller capabilities to work on our systems.
What are we looking for?
- MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Overall, 2 + years of experience in Sales/ Supply preferable field sales like E-commerce, Travel, new age Startups
- Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desired.
