What will you be doing
Account Strategist, Glance Performance - plays a critical account management role at Glance & Roposo. He/ she would be completely responsible for managing revenue $ for his/her set of accounts along with a couple of 0-1 tracks for business improvement. He/She is expected to work closely with both external stakeholders (Partners, Agencies etc) as well as internal (Product, Sales and Engineering) to drive cross functional support to maximize revenue delivered for Glance & Roposo. He/ she would have to drive revenue reporting and tracking, data analytics and develop insights into supply needs, pricing optimization, product/ tech liaising exercises.

Looking for: We are looking for sharp, analytical and growth-oriented professionals who can solve complex problems/situations in a structured manner, have experience of working in cross functional roles and develop close strategic relationships with key clients in the mobile programmatic ecosystem, while proactively and clearly communicating data and insights to Product teams and to global leadership.

Location: The AS role will be based in our Bangalore Head quarter, reporting into the Glance & Roposo, Monetization Team.

Key Responsibilities
• Owning account deliver/service at a platform level for Glance across multiple destinations
• Drive higher revenue by optimizing inventory, format, pricing for higher e-coms.
• Orchestrate the cross-functional support required to execute performance revenue on Glance

• Deriving data driven insights for increasing delivery efficiency as well as for client review conversations
• Provide feedback to the product team in designing better products/features by communicating market requirements

What do we require from you
• 2+ years of experience in a role encompassing Category /Account/ Revenue management and data analysis, (mandatory) from digital/ programmatic/ad tech background
• Functional Area: Category/Delivery Management. 

Ideal candidates must possess

Must haves:
• An attitude to figure things out for oneself, pick up every task that contributes to his role and a problem-solving attitude.
• Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distill key business insights from data
• Excellent relationship management skills, communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset, technical aptitude with a medium level understanding of the digital ad marketplace
• Strong, robust MS Excel skills and proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning

Should have:
• Prior experience of owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography
• Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of data analytics based optimizations/ experiments on revenue delivery
• Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment.

Nice to have:
• Basic to medium proficiency in the AdTech ecosystem of ad exchanges/ networks, DSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad-operations, delivery and measurement platforms.
