What is the team like?

Shop101, A Glance company is currently in a dynamic mode of growth and progression. We are looking to build the largest influencer led commerce model and work with celebrity brands, D2C brands and marketplace suppliers. We are looking for a senior manager who has a data driven approach to solve supply chain problems and can manage a large team of 40+ people.

 

What will you be doing ?

  • In this role, you will be managing all key fulfilment/service level metrics (order to delivery TAT, delivery %, cost/delivered, fulfilment NPS)
  • Ensure day to day operations co-ordinating with Team leads and AMs across first mile, mid mile, last mile, warehousing and customer support
  • Manage external stakeholders like logistics partners/vendors and customers to ensure excellent customer service and lower overall cost to serve
  • Work with stakeholders across product and data team, as required.
  • Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions.
  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
  • Work with the operations leadership to finalize annual goals for the team and track the same on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis through the year
  • Actively engage with internal partners throughout the organization to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills

 

What is expected out of you?

  • Prior experience in Operations and Logistics in Ecommerce companies or D2C brands (with inventory management experience)
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel
  • Multiple Stakeholder management
  • 6-12 years of logistics and operations experience (preferred 5 years post MBA)
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate from a reputed Engineering College or B-School, with supply chain experience across major ecommerce/D2C brands (MBA preferred)
  • Preferred schools: NITIE, IIT/IIM, IMT, FMS and other T-1 Engineering/B-schools
