GetGround is developing the infrastructure for a global digital marketplace for assets enveloped in companies. Trillions of dollars of assets are tied in inefficient illiquid markets - think property, ships, factory machinery & infrastructure to name a few.

Enveloping an asset in a company unlocks liquidity by enabling the right legal basis for asset ownership, governance and exchange. However companies, one of humanity's greatest inventions, are stuck in the past. We are digitising and automating the company, through:

  • Programmatic incorporation and administration
  • e-wallet financial infrastructure
  • Automated accounting incorporating machine learning techniques and
  • A secondary market platform built for scale

To start, we're tackling UK private residential investment property, with £1.3 trillion of stock and £30-50 billion in transactions a year.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the GetGround mission to help enable our growth post Series A investment from prestigious Tech VCs such as QED and Mosaic. This is an opportunity to join a well funded startup that has significant investment and a clear vision, purpose & mission in a high impact and visible role. You will help us reach our goal of bringing the worlds assets online and enable GetGround to scale into a world-class, diverse and passionate group of people 

The experience and skills you'll have:

  • Responsible for significant growth or product marketing wins at a fast-growing company before

  • Comfortable identifying key metrics, working with data analysts, and using data to talk about the outcomes of your marketing strategies

  • You understand how consumer and SME facing products are built and are comfortable working with a technical team

  • You’re creative

  • You can write copy that is precise, persuasive and beautifully reflects our tone of voice

What you will work on:

  • customer insights
  • positioning and messaging (content and collateral)
  • product launches 
  • product adoption

More specifically, you will:

  • Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy and ongoing marketing for our new product development: defining our messaging and strategy, and launching features with a bang and driving sustained adoption over time, collaborating with other teams needed to achieve your aims

  • Help build a team that fosters our open, collaborative, and inclusive working environment which embraces change and loves to continuously learn

  • Embed within our cross-functional team and use your subject-matter expertise and knowledge to help us achieve our business objectives

  • With your own unique approach, understanding of the market, and user insight, you’ll help us build our product portfolio

  • Turn insight into positioning and effective creative

  • Generate content to drive awareness of our new features

  • Assess and amend user journeys to ensure smooth feature discovery and conversion

  • Assess affiliate marketing and partnership opportunities; decide which are best for us to pursue, and execute

  • Determine success metrics for launch and for ongoing adoption, and reporting back to the team

  • Back up decisions with research or data

Our Co-Founder and CEO Moubin qualified as a Doctor and went on to have a successful career at McKinsey and private equity house, APAX. Moubin started GetGround with his brother and our CTO, Misrab. Misrab is a Stanford Computer Scientist that led the scaling of the Gojek Data Science team in Asia.
