Sales Account Manager | We come to our office 3+ days per week (we're moving to the South Bank near Waterloo in January) - free breakfast daily is provided! Level 2 compensation is uncapped OTE of £45,000 (£35,000 salary + £10,000 uncapped commission)
This is a high impact role in which you will take responsibility for growing the business, consulting interested investors and will focus on scaling our impact on the UK market. Sales at GetGround is headed up by our Commercial Director Jorge (ex Google).

- Qualify and manage warm marketing or referral leads, ensuring a smooth client consultation by pitching our all-in-one service and referring them to other teams where relevant. You will manage that client account.
Use your creative thinking and drive to critically identify sales upselling opportunities - Use data, metrics and KPI's to identify how you continuously iterate your performance
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with your colleagues and live the GetGround values every day
- Degree educated (or similar)
- Some Sales / business development experience
- You are extremely driven
- Strong drive and motivation to work in a scaleup and go the extra mile - you are impact obsessed!
- Excellent relationship building skills to generate business

We have a fast interview process! It takes 1 week end-to-end; there are three rounds - an online video recording, two phone interviews and a final in-person round.
