Your Responsibilities
Your day to day job responsibilities will center around monitoring, operating and troubleshooting an robotics-enable automated grocery packing system. You will assist with site bring up, participating in testing our robotics automation system until it is ready for production launch. You will learn the ins and outs of operating the system, monitor system key performance indicators, and help ensure the system hits performance targets. Once launched, you will be a cornerstone member of our Factory Operations team, ensuring our automation systems pack orders 20 hours per day. You will drive performance feedback to our engineering teams and assist in the training of partners on the daily use of our system. In addition to factory operation, you will help onboard new products to be stored and packed by the system, following Fulfil’s product onboarding process. This role supports the factory 20 daily operational hours per day and requires working shifts in the early morning or late night, and on weekends.

- The hourly range for this position is $20 - $23 per hour. Pay within the range is based on candidate experience, job-specific skills, education, and work location.
