Executive Assistant - Be the Anchor for Strong Leaders (Remote Working)

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ students who will contribute significantly to our revenue in the next 12 months.

We are looking for some amazing people who would love to have international exposure and are interested in working for a popular New York-based start-up. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an anchor to the VP of Growth & Sales. You will aid them through their daily tasks and routine and meet their operational/personal expectations. 

This role is perfect for someone who is an excellent confidant and is tremendously businesslike. Far from being an ordinary assistant, you deep dive into the business aspects and understand the crux of it and also be responsible for making crucial decisions. You will be an individual contributor who has outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.

You will be directly assisting the VP of Growth and Sales - Jolijt and Jacob and handling their day-to-day schedules, appointments, and meeting their business/personal requirements. 


Main Responsibilities

  • Understand the manager’s work lifestyle and thinking process and implement them in your daily activities
  • Handle phone calls, schedules, calendar events, and appointments
  • Take full control of the nitty-gritty involved in the business/personal work of the manager
  • Be the SPOC between the manager and the internal + external stakeholders
  • Proactively give heads-up to the manager of important schedules and deadlines
  • Facilitate in day to day operational and administrative ad-hoc tasks
  • Prepare informative reports and presentations as and when required
  • The Unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects that add value

  • 3+ years of experience with personal assistance 
  • Degree level education
  • Experience in working with a fast scale business 
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office and G Suite

Job Location
