Help build a team for an NYC-based custom-apparel start-up (WFH)

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition & HR Associate who will continue to help us strengthen our people practices, help us maintain compliant HR processes, and will shape our talent recruitment strategy to further fuel our growth. Essential Requirements
- A total of 2 - 5 years of HR experience
- Previous experience in working for a hyper-growth startup is a huge plus!
- Experience in hiring for both operational roles and technical roles
- Experience with HRMS (Bamboo-HR) and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Extensive knowledge of the Philippines Labour Laws and Regulations
Responsibilities
- Review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures and communicate them to the management
- Plan and execute end to end hiring for open positions assigned to you at Fresh Prints by collaborating with the department managers
- Conduct Interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & Interviews
- Take up generalist responsibilities in addition to recruitment
