YOUR ROLE
As a Payer Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting payer reporting and supporting project management and other tasks necessary to ensure smooth implementation of payer contracts.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Analyze new payer contracts
- Maintain manual operational workarounds for onboarding workflows
- Support and coordinate quality, reporting, operations, and other teams are executing to contract terms
- Execute on implementation plan and coordinate amongst stakeholders
- Provide support for ongoing management of value-based partnerships and monitor payer management issues
- Independently perform analysis of payer files and develop reports as needed by business
HOW YOU QUALIFY

- You accept that things change quickly in an early-stage, high growth environment and are willing to pivot rapidly on priorities
- 2+ years performing analytical and reporting work in a high-growth healthcare startup and/or health plans
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong experience with data analysis
- Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically an expert in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in payer contracting review and analysis a plus
- Experience in project management a plus
Pay range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000, with exact pay determined based on experience, education, demand for role, and other role-specific criteria.
