We are searching for a Cloud Operations Team Leader that will be accountable for the Cloud Operations Teams.

It is important to have proven experience in Cloud for mission-critical web applications.

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

Coordinate a team of senior engineers with focus on 6 Pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework;
Continuously improve incident response process and on-call procedures;
Work along with Software Engineering, Information Security, Cyber Security teams to plan and prioritize projects;
Build state of the art infrastructure, as well monitor web and API applications, identify issues and devise action plans;
Help to maintain our DevOps and SRE culture;

What’s mandatory:

Experience in leading a team;
Monitoring obsession and experience with monitoring/alerting tools;
Love for programing and automation;
Long experience with mission critical web infrastructure experience;
Linux, networking, VPN, firewall, etc.;
Web stack (Apache, nginx, etc.);
Databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL);
CI/CD;
Git;
Advanced English skills;

What else would we like to see?

Intermediate Spanish would be nice ;)
Experience in fintechs;
