We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You will be responsible for monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to help drive informed decision-making and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather data on industry trends, market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including product offerings, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and market positioning. Identify competitive strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation.
Customer Insights: Utilize customer feedback, surveys, and other sources of data to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations to improve products and services.
Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns or trends. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Strategic Recommendations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations based on market intelligence findings. Provide insights and recommendations to support product development, marketing initiatives, and overall business strategy.
Forecasting and Trend Prediction: Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics to anticipate future market trends and consumer behavior. Assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, or business intelligence roles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with a passion for digging into data and uncovering insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry trends, market research methodologies, and competitive analysis techniques.
