As Merchant Experience Coordinator your mission will be lead the Merchant Experience Team, responsible for processes and projects that aim to maximize the EBANX value to our merchants. From a commercial perspective, you will need to understand project goals/outcomes coming from merchants, turn them into action plans, and ensure implementation. You will manage ongoing processes that support the merchant success team and participate in other cross-functional projects by representing the merchant's interest.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Lead initiatives and projects looking for opportunities to improve our current merchants support, maximize efficiency/productivity and promote scalability
  • Work with EBANX cross-functional teams to identify gaps and pain points from both the lens of the internal and external experience and then determine what work takes priority
  • Manage complex projects from initiation through close to help merchants to launch new payments methods, new markets, or new product features
  • Work closely with Account Managers through collaboration, setting objectives, expected outcomes, and goals—track, measure, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with other teams to fulfill responsibilities, share information, and advocate for merchant's needs and requests.
  • Lead merchant feedback by collecting data through different channels and in partnership with cross functional teams develop an action plan to be executed

Main requirements for this position:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English 
  • Leadership Experience;
  • Has previous experience in a client support role, post-sales, or account management;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration
  • ​​Strong project management and organizational skills
  • You're agile, resourceful, and willing to challenge yourself, learn, and grow continuously;
  • You are comfortable with an ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long-term planning and day-to-day progress tracking and performance;
  • Have a can-do attitude, be able to articulate and overcome failure;

  • Advanced level of Spanish;
  • International experience;
  • Has previously worked within the Fintech/Financial services industry;
