The Senior Performance Analyst position is to work focused on online media and  within the B2B Demand Generation Marketing Team. We are looking for a proactive, disciplined, curious person who can manage an annual media budget, plan, implement, analyze, and optimize global campaigns to generate demand for the Sales team. Experience with campaigns aimed at the B2B public is a differential.The main goal of this position is to generate new sales opportunities optimizing the costs of the campaigns.

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

  • Plan and execute online media campaigns to generate new leads B2B;
  • Manage ad platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, among others like DMPs and DSPs;
  • Create strategies and media plans focused on conversion rate;
  • Plan and execute conversion rate experiments on landing pages, forms, and many different lead gen assets;
  • Report and evaluate results creating action plans to optimize the costs and investments.

What's mandatory:

  • Proven experience managing online media campaigns (we will test it);
  • Advanced level of knowledge on ad platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn with deep experience on different tactics to optimize campaigns and creatives;
  • Plan and adapt campaigns along the B2B sales funnel, collaborating with other teams outside marketing like sales and product;
  • Ability to negotiate with media companies/outlets and DSPs;
  • Pragmatic and strong analytical skills. You will work with business KPIs like Net New Leads, Net New Customers, Revenue and TPV(Total Processed Volume);
  • Strong logical thinking to create and segment users based in several dimensions and metrics;
  • Ability to write and adapt advertising copy;
  • Advanced English to communicate (calls, emails, slack...) with teams outside Brazil (we will test it);
