DMi Partners is looking for a Director of Marketing! This is an exciting role for you to own and build DMi’s demand generation strategy and help us shout from the rooftops the world-class work we do for our clients, the unique and supportive team environment we’ve curated as a company for our employees, and how talented and amazing each DMi-er is and how that uniqueness and talent makes us who we are. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Build: You will develop the marketing vision and strategy for DMi Partners and our essential services and build and manage a best in class marketing team to help you execute that vision 

Analyze: You will create OKRs & KPIs to help us develop a test & learn strategy for all marketing and use those to decide where we invest our time, efforts, and dollars to help enhance our demand strategy – for paid and unpaid efforts from conference attendance and representation to social and paid search/SEO, to award submissions, etc. 

Shape: You will shape how DMi is perceived in the market– how we position ourselves, sell ourselves, and evolve our place in the digital marketing ecosystem. You will collaborate with our CEO, VP of service divisions, and head of sales to align on each service level marketing strategy, competitive positioning and messaging, service differentiation, and target personal development. 

Support: You will support sales and BDRs with enablement materials, tools, training, and market insights to effectively position and sell products 

Promote: You will work closely with DMi-ers in all positions to understand the heart of our culture and use that to attract more of the most talented individuals in marketing 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have 4+ years of marketing a B2B company
  • You are analytical – understanding how to measure success in marketing
  • You are a creative writer and know how to understand a brands voice and amplify it
  • You are outside of a box thinker, pushing boundaries and strategies beyond the norm to attract eyeballs
  • You are a people person and good at having conversations to pull out the “why.”
  • You have experience hiring and identifying talent
  • You have a bachelor’s degree  

Salary range: $100,000 - $175,000
