The Email Marketing specialist will work under the leadership of DMI Partners’ Vice President of Strategic Partnership and will help shape a rapidly growing department of the overall DMi team. As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day email building, testing (QA), review and execution of client campaigns. Collaborate with clients to provide strategic recommendations and develop email journeys and campaigns that align with best practices and the client’s overall goals. Leverage large databases to drive smarter, more personalized user experience through the client’s email campaigns in their existing Email Service Provider infrastructure.

DMi’s Email team is a hardworking group that manages the email marketing strategy and execution for major consumer brands. We pride ourselves on our ability to both strategize and innovate to bring success for our clients and foster a fun working environment. The email team is small but collaboratively tackles mighty challenges.


Required Skills:

  • You have a working knowledge of HTML & CSS as it relates to Email
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity and push through to completion of all client projects
  • You have 2+ years managing b2c email marketing campaigns in an ESP like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Bronto, Iterable, Emarsys, Braze, Responsys Oracle
    • Automated flows (welcome series, browse & cart abandon, post-purchase, etc.)
    • Audience Segmentation
    • Personalization
    • Open rate optimization

Preferred Skills:

  • You have the ability to navigate various ESP instances to develop and/or optimize automated flows leveraging existing client solutions and data structures
  • You have successfully completed any relevant certifications offered by an ESP such as a Salesforce Email Marketing Certification

Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000
