DMi is passionate about growth – not only for our clients but for our team members. With this commitment to employee growth, DMi provides many options to encourage professional development and team camaraderie. We work hard, take care of each other, and do great work for our clients. But, we also know when to relax and have a good time. Over the years, DMi has incorporated many ways to keep work fun and engaging, even in a remote world, with plenty of opportunities to bond with your teammates and get to know people outside of your department. We rely on each other. A mentor is always there to enable your goals, and you're given the trust to manage your own time. Did we mention that you'll be working with Fortune 500 companies and exciting lifestyle brands right away?

DMi Partners is looking for a client account coordinator who will help support our client account management team and their roster of clients. This is an entry-level role where DMi will be investing heavily in your training and development to ensure you have a foundational understanding of the affiliate space-one of the fastest growing online marketing channels and how DMi, one of the fastest-growing agencies, operates within it. This is a tremendous opportunity to learn from some of the most talented people within the industry at a company growing aggressively and promoting from within.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Learn: You will go through an in-depth training process and develop a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, the key stakeholders, including publishers, networks, and other partners, how to support high caliber clientele, DMi’s core differentiators, and DMi best practices that result in success for our clients. Week over week, you will be expected to build upon your knowledge and use that knowledge to support your team members and our clients.

Administration and Analysis: You will play an integral part of the team by supporting both our clients and our team members to ensure our clients' growth. You’ll be tasked with administrative duties such as creating call agendas and creating decks for reporting. You’ll also work to analyze market trends and develop influencer recruitment lists. You will work in a variety of ways to absorb bandwidth constraints from the team and deliver top-quality service to our clients.

Collaborate: We have two different teams at DMi that support our affiliate business: our client account management team and our publisher development team. Both teams are vital to both DMi and our clients’ success. You will be expected to collaborate and communicate clearly with your account management pod and your publisher development pod to ensure all parties support each other and develop practical solutions to best support our clients.

Grow: Each week, you will be expected to grow on the foundational knowledge of what you were taught the previous week. Coordinators are expected to continuously take on more and get to a place where they are comfortable independently leading client initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and are highly detailed oriented
  • You’re proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including excel
  • You like identifying patterns in data and trends
  • You are resilient and determined – you’re up for a challenge and create efficiencies within your work so you can handle more tasks and responsibilities than the average person
  • You are an out of the box thinker
