DeVries Global is currently seeking a passionate self-starter to join the agency as an Account Executive, or Sr. Account Executive, focusing on digital influencer. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary influencer representative for the team
  • Vet and recommend influencer partners through a quantitative and qualitative lens
  • Execute partnerships with talent/talent agents from negotiation/contract phase through campaign completion, including liaising with talent and client(s) on content approvals
  • Work with legal to create and execute influencer contracts
  • Foster relationships with digital influencers for paid partnerships and earned social coverage
  • Create and manage influencer database
  • Execute influencer mailers
  • Act as influencer point person for all live experiences, such as press events
  • Be proficient in (or comfortable adopting new) Influencer tools
  • Stay apprised of new capabilities that are announced on existing social media platforms as well as new emerging social media platforms that are gaining popularity
  • Be a team catalyst for decoding culture:
  • In partnership with Business and Creative Intelligence groups, monitor consumer, category, culture, etc. and surface relevant insights and trends to be shared with clients and for program planning, execution and real-time optimization
  • Foster a digital-led approach:
  • Work with an integrated mindset, collaborating with Business and Creative Intelligence groups on digital influencer strategy, selection, campaign concepting, contracting, briefing, management and activation
  • Contribute to team delivering tactics on time, within budget and achieving results:
  • Create and manage timelines, liaise with vendor partners and clients
  • Monitor and track influencer coverage; develop influencer coverage reports, working with Business Intelligence group to provide analysis that informs strategy and activation
  • Update the budget tracker, billing expenses back to the client
  • Draft meeting agendas and action item recaps
  • Delegate work to interns and account coordinators as necessary

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

 

Professional Experience

  • 2-5 years related professional experience

Success Factors:

  • Experience in leading influencer campaigns end to end
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing space and trends
  • Passion for digital influencers
  • Experience using Tribe Dynamics, a plus
  • Ideal candidate comes from a culture-led agency (digital, communications,

creative, media buying) or in-house company

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time in a consistent manner
  • Able to work independently and own assigned projects
  • Creatively curious
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
