Overview: 
Join an innovative team dedicated to crafting a better future in the B2B social media community space. As a Program Manager, you’ll work closely with our enterprise client's blog and social team, supporting the operational side of marketing programs and driving efficiencies across workflows, processes, and governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the execution of large-scale marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and industry best practices.  This team manages over 70 active social accounts and content programs across 700 channels globally. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Operations & Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, focusing on process optimization, efficiency, and scalability within a B2B tech environment. 
  • Governance & Workflow Optimization: Ensure adherence to internal processes, governance protocols, and best practices while streamlining workflows and eliminating bottlenecks across the team. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders across our client's marketing, product, and events teams to align goals, share insights, and track program progress. 
  • Cross-Functional Global Collaboration: Work with leads across community management, governance, and editorial to align campaigns and scale processes globally across social channels (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads). 
  • Data-Driven Strategy & Reporting: Analyze data to drive continuous improvement and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing operations. 
  • Leadership & Education: Act as a thought leader and internal consultant, educating teams on best practices, measurement frameworks, and innovation opportunities within the community and marketing spaces. 

What You Bring: 

  • Experience: 3-5 years as a program manager or senior consultant, with a focus on global marketing operations in the B2B or technology sectors. 
  • Global Partnership: Expertise working with international teams across regions and time zones, understanding regional nuances, localization best practices, and achieving consensus on process refinements. 
  • Project Management: Strong background in project management methodologies and tooling such as Azure DevOps; experience in large-scale marketing programs or campaigns a plus. 
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Sprinklr and proven experience in process optimization. 
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Demonstrated success working across teams (marketing, product, MarTech) and leading projects with a focus on operational excellence. 
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled in using data to inform strategy, track KPIs, and report on performance, with a strong ability to translate findings into actionable insights. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. 
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities while maintaining a collaborative mindset. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Global Demand Center or working with Social/ Marketing teams.
  • Expertise in managing social media programs in B2B environments. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). 

Compensation Range: $52 - $54/hour
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
