The purpose of this team is to be responsible for customer experiencers for all consumer selling services: supply chain, developing requirement documents, and product investments. This role supports the Very Small Business product planning and launch.  

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a primary product manager for Very Small Business Self Serve launch requirements in design & implementation phases, by partnering tightly with engineering teams and driving stakeholder engagement, accountability and feedback loops. 
  • Drive scoping workshops to produce net new BRDs for features in the Very Small Business backlog 
  • Support engineering teams by providing detailed business direction in the form of drafting features in Azure DevOps, UAT scripts, hosting requirement deep-dives, and following up on engineering questions. 
  • Partner across multiple teams (Planning, Direct Sales, Digital Stores, Business Support Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering) to deep dive into business pain points, customer journeys, and feature requirements. 
  • Collaborate with FTE VSB Planner to balance short-term Small Medium Business requirements with the long-term VSB roadmap, gathering the appropriate information to inform decisions. 
  • Lead day to day tactical run of business meetings, including notes, communications, program/project schedules and status reports. 
  • Drive program/project schedules and status reports.  
  • Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.  
  • Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.  
  • Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.  
  • Identify opportunities to improve collaboration between business and engineering teams.  

Candidate Requirements

  • 8-10 years of overall experience in Product Program Management, Project Management or Product Launch  
  • Microsoft experience preferred 
  • Adept verbal and written communication skills, able to refine messaging according their target audience Comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Proactive self-starter required 
  • Experience in deep collaboration with engineering teams 
  • Confident with facilitating meetings 
  • Ability to hit deadlines and complete deliverables  
  • Experience generating business requirement documents and user stories for new feature requests 
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools (Jira, Rally, etc.) 

Pluses:  

  • Background in CRM tooling or eCommerce tooling 
  • Background in Small Medium Business 
  • Background in D365  

Compensation Range: $56-$56/hour

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
