Who you’ll work with:

We’re looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Readiness, Adoption and Tooling Specialist to support and guide our customers through the implementation and adoption of solutions.   You’ll manage the account’s existing L&D program, working with Designit and client employees across multiple teams; from small and emerging to large and established. We’re looking for a candidate who’s eager to learn about team functions, uplevel the readiness and adoption enablement framework, and bridge the communications between our marketing services and Design UI/UX teams. You’ll touch nearly all aspects of the employee lifecycle on this account, from talent acquisition, to onboarding and training, to development. You’ll work directly with internal learning stakeholders including the client, subject matter experts, leads, and members of the L&D team. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop training materials and/or courses to help support embedded consultants in terms of engagement, transparency, and/or polishing of skill sets.
  • Design and Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients, enhancing their understanding and engagement with our digital products/services and evaluating user readiness.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand how to use our digital products & tooling effectively.
  • Leverage change management methodologies and tools to support adoption of changes required by projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement adoption strategies for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our products/services.
  • Be a driver of AI and automation and find ways to continue driving efficiencies through workflows and/or process improvements across the team
  • Work closely with the marketing and design UI/UX teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and enhanced client satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to deepen product knowledge and enhance sales skills.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials that support client adoption and success.
  • Develop instructional strategies (facilitation guide, train the trainer, hands on labs) for custom programs using various learning modalities. Create supporting training materials, such as exercises, activities for live webinar and/or live classroom training which reinforce the learning outcomes.
  • Partner with a variety of internal experts and outside partners on design, development and implementation of effective training materials; e-learning, job aids, knowledge base documentation or other specialized content. Drive discussions and recommend course of action for training needs to achieve desired training outcomes.
  • Identify evaluation metrics and techniques to measure and monitor the effectiveness of these programs. Report on L&D deliverables, including training status and results, program highlights, insights, opportunities, etc. with internal stakeholders as well as the client.
  • Lead and manage the custom onboarding and training programs for new hires on each team. Collaborate and consult on technical aspects of the onboarding process to drive efficiency and reduce time to proficiency.
  • Conduct basic project management to ensure project efforts remain on target, stakeholders are informed and involved, and resources needed for success are identified and utilized effectively.
  • Provide thought leadership on growing L&D capabilities beyond current program, including evaluating new L&D initiative opportunities for client needs within the scope of the client account.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years’ experience in learning design, product adoption, change management and tooling.
  • Experience in people management and leadership experience is a plus.
  • Process automation and optimization experience
  • Experience developing Rhythm of Business (ROB) documentation for operational readiness
  • Experience designing in multiple modalities including eLearning, ILT/VILT for various group sizes
  • Readiness to tackle new initiatives with little foundation in place.
  • Proficiency in learning tools such as learning authoring tools (eg. Articulate 360) and Learning

Management Systems (eg. Litmos).

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable through
  • different types of media (text, visuals, audio, etc.)
  • Ability to make design recommendations to stakeholders based on what would be best for the learning audience, in accordance with the desired learning outcomes.
  • Superior editing skills. Attention to detail.
  • Consultative skills such as: excellent communication (written and verbal); critical reasoning; effective
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with varied levels of employees across business lines and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $105K - $115K

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
